GENERAL CONDITIONS

This agreement applies between you, the User of this Website and TERRE srls , the owners of this Website. You are deemed to agree to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 5 - 12 and 16 - 26 of these Conditions General on your first use of the Website. Clauses 3, 4 and 13 - 15 apply only to the sale of Goods. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

Nothing on this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur when we send an order confirmation email to you, indicating that your order has been processed and is on its way to you.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

If you withdraw from this Contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Contract.

We will make this refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

You may lose the right of withdrawal for the supply of certain sealed Goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been sealed after delivery. In particular, we do not accept returns for personalized earrings and jewelry if they have been opened or used.

8. Guarantees

We warrant that the Goods will be as described, free from material defects and fit for their intended use for a period of 2 years from delivery.
